Shipping Policy

All shipments are processed between 1–5 business days.

Domestic

Domestic shipping costs are flat rates and are for Canada Post regular parcel shipments. All domestic parcels do not include tracking. If you wish to have tracking please notify us. Timing is never guaranteed but please expect between 7–10 business days for arrival.

Shipping to the US

US packages are subject to local import and duty taxes. These are the responsibility of the receiver, if you have further questions please contact your local customs office. We use Canada Post regular parcel when possible and this does not always include tracking. If you wish to have tracking please email after you have placed your order. Estimated arrival time for shipping to the US is anywhere between 1 to 6 weeks depending on the destination.

Local Pick Up

If you wish to pick up your item at our physical location in Haliburton, please select the local pick up option at checkout. You will still be prompted for your shipping/billing address, so please proceed, as this is normal. If you select local pick up at checkout we will be notified and we will email you to arrange a pick up time. Once an appointment has been arranged, you can plan to pick up your purchase just inside the front door of the shop.

No exchanges or returns are accepted on any new or vintage merchandise.

Sizing and Wear

Because vintage sizing is quite a bit different from modern sizing we ask that you please double check the measurements we provide before purchasing clothing. Also, because all of our items are pre-loved, it should be expected there will be a certain amount of wear due to age. We carefully select each item, clean and repair it before placing it in the shop and we have graded each item in our listings.
